All of our signs are made from real wood! We embrace the natural beauty of the wood, such as knots, grain, small cracks, and holes. Since we hand make all of our products, they may have slight variations between the picture and the received item. We maintain quality for each personalized order.
We LOVE your custom order requests. When ordering your custom sign, please be as descriptive as possible and provide any details that contribute to the overall design. For ALL custom orders, you will be sent a proof VIA email. This proof will be approved by you before moving forward. Please allow processing time of up to 10 business days for a design preview to be emailed to you.
Please allow up to 15 business days for regular orders to be processed prior to shipping. "Ready to Ship" signs will ship out in 1 week or less. You can find processing time on each of the "Ready to Ship" and "Holiday Release" signs on the details page of each product. If you need your product be a certain time, please say so when ordering. I try to accommodate the best I can, but please note that this is not always possible. Rush orders are always welcome for an additional fee. Please contact me BEFORE submitting your order to add rush to your order.
We ship out using United States Postal Service 90% of the time. For larger signs, I will help you decide which shipping option is best for you. All of our products will ship with insurance and tracking. If you are local to the Hays, Kansas area, I offer FREE pickup.

Because of the unique nature of your purchase, I am unable to accept returns. If there is any problems, I will gladly fix those problems within 14 days of pickup/delivery. In case you have to ship back your items, it must be done within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I do not accept cancellations after invoice has been paid.
